✅ The Taskob Account Activation Issue Has Been Fully Resolved
Over the past few weeks, we’ve received many messages from new users who were having trouble activating their accounts. The issue was that the activation email either didn’t arrive or the activation link expired before it was used.
This problem prevented many interested users from starting their journey on the Taskob platform — and we truly understand the frustration it caused.
🛠️ What Exactly Was the Problem?
When a new user registers, the system automatically sends an email containing an activation link. However, if the link wasn’t clicked within a short time window, it would expire — and there was no way to request a new one.
In addition, some activation emails never arrived at all due to email delivery issues or being marked as spam, which made things even worse.
Unfortunately, there was previously no option to resend the activation email — meaning the only workaround was to contact support, which became impractical as the user base grew.
🚀 How Did We Fix It?
We’ve now completely resolved the issue by adding a “Resend” button on the activation page. Here’s what’s been improved:
✅ You can now click the "Resend Activation" button if your link didn’t arrive or expired.
✅ A brand-new activation code will be immediately sent to your email.
✅ The backend system has been improved to securely generate new codes automatically on request.
✅ The format and content of the activation emails have also been improved, so they’re clearer and less likely to be marked as spam.
💬 "So if your link expired or didn’t work — no worries. Just click 'Resend' and you’ll get a fresh activation code instantly!"
🕒 Login Reopening Delayed Until September 1st
In addition to fixing the activation issue, we had originally planned to reopen login access for users this month. However, we’ve decided to postpone the reopening until September 1, 2025.
Why the Delay?
We're currently rolling out several critical improvements, including:

📊 New analytics and tracking tools to ensure a seamless platform for all users
We believe this short delay will allow us to offer a much more stable and optimized login experience.
💡 What Should You Do Now?
If you registered before and couldn’t activate your account, just follow these steps:

Go to your old activation email and click the activation link.

On the page that opens, click the "Resend Activation" button.

Check your inbox (and your spam/junk folder too).

Click in the new activation link.
